Note: The above rates apply to normal business hours 08:00-21:00; thereafter a 15% surcharge is applicable up until 00:00. At midnight; 00:01-06:00 a surcharge of R80.00 applies on zone rate. Costs for additional passengers remain unchanged.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice
  • Standby charge is R70.00 per hour per vehicle. The same charge applies if waiting time exceeds 1 hour after flight has arrived. Charges are not applicable if as a result of flight delays.
  • The full payment is applicable for "No Show" or cancellations made within 6 hours of scheduled flight.
  • Rates are based on one way trips; one collection point and one drop off point. Additional pick up or drop off point will be charged at R60.00 per additional point.
  • The management of Travel Map reserves the right to change this rate if drop off points are out of range from normal routes.
  • Minors under 12 years will be charged at 50% of rate. Unaccompanied minors will be charged at full rate.
  • If a luggage trailer is required, a charge of R110.00 for (6ft) or R180.00 for a ½ ton is applicable.
  • Gate entrance or porter fees are to be paid by the client.
